Not at all! We don’t charge our owners when the unit is vacant. It’s only fair that if you’re not making money, neither should we.

If a resident renews his lease, do you charge a renewal fee?

Yes, we do have a renewal fee. It’s typically a flat fee based on the number of units under our management.

Do you have a termination clause for our contract (between owners and property managers)?

Yes, termination notice depends on the size of the portfolio, but usually we ask for a 30-day notice.

How do you collect rents from the residents? When will I receive the rent payments from you?

Currently, 82% of our residents pay rent online! We collect rent using our automated payment software. But, we also provide electronic cash payments where residents can use a voucher at local CVS or Walmart stores.

We collect rent within the first days of the month. Once all payments have been collected and any deductions or fees have been accounted for, you can expect payment. However, the exact timing can vary based on the specifics outlined in your property management agreement.

How often will you send me updates on my property?

A lot can happen in a week, but if a portfolio isn’t undergoing significant changes, we may not need to meet that often.
